vulnerability

the reason why people are afraid of being vulnerable is easy,
they are afraid of the reaction (or lack of it) by the party on the other side.
but if showing up means being truthful and speaking for your own integrity, what is there to lose in showing up?
people are just afraid of embarrassment and shaming themselves and people associate vulnerability with weakness.
nope, vulnerability is not weakness.
it is an act of courage that everyone should learn.
